• Relaxation at Home
    You need time to completely relax. Catnap for an hour in the afternoon. Or, better yet, meditate.
    • Sit on a chair or in a comfortable place.
    • Place a few drops of Aroma Calm Mind Face Oil on your temples and the tip of your nose. Put your hands in your lap straighten your spine, keeping palms up and open. Close your eyes.
    • Slowly and deeply breathe in through the nose imagining a beautiful white light.
    • Slowly breathe out through the mouth imagining anything you want to release.
    • Repeat and focus on relaxing every part of your body. Start with your head and neck, and end at your toes.
    • Sit doing this for five minutes. Become still in the even flow of air, in and out of your body.
